PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied, but the primary focus will be on project managing large and small events. You will be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, clients, suppliers, and ensuring that the events meet or exceed defined KPIs. Additionally, you will be the mastermind behind the smooth operation of our events, coordinate and execute all tasks and activities to make sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. Managing crew for our events and coordinate setups to travel around the Nordics will be part of your job. In addition you will network and collaborate with top vendors and other industry professionals to elevate the brand experience.

Who are you:

We are looking for a person who is structured, works hard and who we can laugh with over lunch. You must be service-minded, precise and good at relationship building. Engaged positive people who want to create the best brand-experiences for our customers are what we are looking for! In addition, relevant education is a plus, but 3-5 years of experience in events and personal characteristics are the most important for us. You must be proficient in Swedish and English both verbally and in writing and be able to use the Office package.

Travel is to be expected during the execution of events.
