Project Coordinator – Responsibilities:
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing various events, ensuring all details are in place to create the best experience.
- Supplier Contact: Identify and select the best suppliers based on quality, cost-efficiency, and products to elevate the event.
- Logistics: Book venues and coordinate guest lists, draft and finalize contracts, and ensure smooth logistics before, during, and after events.
- Staff Management: Recruit and oversee personnel for different events and tasks.
- Administration: Handle daily administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, travel planning, reservations, RSVP lists, and resolving ad hoc tasks.
- Client Relations: Understand clients’ needs and deliver the best possible outcome.
Who we are looking for:
You are an energetic and enthusiastic person with a passion for events and a strong desire to learn. You have excellent planning skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and a keen eye for detail. You communicate well, both verbally and in writing, and enjoy working in a team. You have experience with Microsoft Office and are comfortable using it. You are fluent in English and comfortable communicating with clients in English.
