We are looking for a dedicated and organized Event Coordinator to join our team and support our B2C event operations. This is a varied and dynamic role, where you will have the opportunity to work on multiple aspects of event planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute B2C events from planning to on-site implementation

• Support staff recruitment and manage administrative tasks related to events

• Handle logistics, vendor coordination, and other operational aspects

• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless event execution

Who We Are Looking For:

• You have experience in the event industry, either as event staff or through internships in event agencies

• You are comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential

• Experience in recruitment or staff management is a plus
